Empire Construction of CNY, LLC, serves residential and commercial clients in the greater Central New York area, including Syracuse, Ithaca, Cortland, Binghamton, and Elmira.  Founded more than 10 years ago as a small family company, Empire Construction has expanded to a team of more than 20 employees—all dedicated to producing high-quality results for our clients.  As a general contractor, we provide a wide variety of services from new builds to renovations, including kitchens and baths, roofing, siding and windows, patios/decks/retaining walls, ADA-compliant accessibility features, and excavation.  Empire Construction will work with you to create custom solutions using a collaborative approach, the latest technology, and our experience and expertise.  We will ensure that when our project is finished, you’re happy. 

About the Owners: 

Glenn Anderson entered the construction field with his dad when he was just 12 years old. He continued in the family tradition by founding Empire Construction of CNY with the knowledge and experience he gained from working with a variety of experts in their fields. From small home projects to new-home construction, he continues to grow with his hands-on approach to every project he tackles. Glenn values every client’s satisfaction, and strives to exceed expectations. 

Chaz Rockwell, a graduate of Tompkins Cortland Community College has been an employee of Empire Construction for seven years. Before finding a home with the construction team, he worked for a variety of construction companies in the CNY area. Through his vast experience and proving his dedication to excellence, Chaz became a co-owner in 2015.
